Fixing Heel Strikes

Josh Troyer
Certified PGA Coach
Summary

If you're hitting a lot of shots off the heel of the club, the cause is usually swinging too far out to in, being too forward bent during your swing, or your wrists breaking down through impact. This lesson breaks down why it happens and gives you a simple headcover drill to encourage a more in to out path and move your contact back toward the toe side of the center of the face.
